When I’m still…..my worries subside.
When I’m still….my breathing slows.
What I’m still…..my vision clears.
When I’m still….I remember-
You are God.

And for me too. When I am busy, i need it most, but don’t slow down for the space to just be.
Yes! I am really, really bad at being still. I’m a do-er and a fix-er and a people please-er and all my -ers get in the way of letting God do His thing. I’m trying…I really am. Thanks for this great reminder!
